Pronghorn Red Winter Wheat is a Nebraska grown variety of red wheat known for having excellent milling and baking qualitites.
The wheat was grown on an FVO/CS certified organic farm just south of Sidney, NE. The wheat was cleaned with a small farming mill, stone ground and packaged on the farm.

Clarks Cream hard White Winter Wheat Flour
This whole wheat white flour can be used in place of all-purpose flour for baking. We clean clarks Cream White Wheat grown on our farm with a small farming mill, hand grind it, and package the flour in vacuumed sealed bags. The flour is not bleached and not sifted. It looks and has baking qualities similar to all purpose bleached flour, but has all the health benefits of whole wheat flour.
